Close two of the oldest positions and add four new ones

We've held shares of MSFT and MRNA in our Long Only portfolio since January 1, 2021, and we are closing those positions today at $256.65 and $202.75 respectively for gains of 15% and 89%.  Moderna had been much higher in the past but it paid to hold on as it rebounded over 7x times from $120 over this duration.

We are adding new positions in:

Salesforce.com (CRM) at $130.90
Okta (OKTA) at $69.80
360 Digitech (QFIN) at $18.00
Newmont Mining (NEM) at $46.90
Freeport McMoran (FCX) at $39.58
